I am a full time husband and father with a passion for food. I have never worked in a restaurant, bakery, and never taught by anyone other than doing a lot of research. I still remember trying to learn to make pizza. That led to baking bread (poorly I might add), a few cakes and other desserts, more bread, and finally to a point where I feel confident in saying that I make a pretty mean pizza. I also bake bread; don’t know if I mentioned that yet. 🙂
I pay attention to every ingredient I use making sure they are the best I can get. In fact, in our kitchen we do our very best to use only organic ingredients. My food philosophy is that by using organic ingredients there’s a better chance of getting the best quality in your food.
The recipes on this site will be created by me, unless otherwise noted, and I test them to make sure they work more than once so you can attempt these in your kitchen and get great results.
While I have never been trained in food I am an avid researcher so I try to know as much as I can about the ingredients and processes that go into these recipes.
